His main area of practice is commercial property; dealing with acquisitions, disposals and the granting of leases.
Nick has a particular expertise in the acquisition of sites for development; liaising with the various professionals and local authorities involved to ensure that the project runs smoothly. His experience extends to mixed usage developments including social housing, having dealt with projects valued at up to £50 million.

Advising on a structure new build scheme with various blocks to avoid enfranchisement. Drafting leases and various agreements and dealing with bank's solicitors on security documents. GDV £17.5 million - ongoing.
